Michigan-Ohio State to Kickoff at Noon on ABC

1 CommentAs expected, the Michigan-Ohio State game on November 21 will be a noon kickoff on ABC.
If Oregon or Arizona happen to lose this week, there is an outside chance that College Gameday could come to Ann Arbor for the OSU game. Ohio State would probably have to beat Iowa and a Michigan upset of Wisconsin would help, but I could see Gameday coming just because of the rivalry. If first place in the Pac-10 is on the line when Oregon and Arizona play on November 21, then you can bet on Gameday going to Tucson, but a slip up by either of those teams would open the door for the possibility of Gameday returning to Ann Arbor for the first time since the 2007 Ohio State game.
I would be SHOCKED if Gameday visited A2. After the last time ESPN was there Lee Corso publicly complained about some harassment from the crowd… apparently they were giving him shit about the ’79 IU game and Corso still holds a grudge 30 years later. The producers were also concerned about how the crowd noise, which they couldn’t get calmed down, affected the pregame broadcast.
