Remember he is the outgoing AD. I figure the last thing he wants is another coaching change fiasco in his last 9 months as athletic director. Even if he didn't support the guy I figure he would let that problem pass onto the next guy. Large parts of Martin's legacy are riding on Rich Rod being an outstanding MIchigan coach for many years to come so I think he has more reason than anyone to give RR his full support.
