Wednesday Notes: Devin Gardner to Make Decision Public This Week
- Michigan put together a spring game promo.
- The following players were added to the list of alumni flag football game participants:
Andy Mignery – TE 1999-2001
Jason Carr – QB 1991-1995
Todd Richards – WR 1992-1995
Aaron Richards – WR 1998-2001 - With basketball season over, Devin Gardner is going to make his college decision public later this week (it is Michigan, by the way).
- Tate Forcier’s brother, Chris, is going to transfer out of UCLA.
- The hockey team’s annual garage sale will be held on April 18.
- Mark Mitera signed a three-year entry level contract with the Anaheim Ducks. Last night, he played for the Ducks’ AHL team, the Iowa Chops, and had 2 assists and finished with a +2 rating.
- Michigan Hockey Net took a look at possible departures for the hockey team, and speculation suggests that Aaron Palushaj won’t stick around for another year in college. Scooter Vaughn may also be looking to leave due to his reduced role last season after Steve Kampfer returned.
- The Fab Five reunion scheduled for this weekend at the Motor City Casino was canceled, as the event is moving to Detroit’s Elysium Lounge.
- Apparently Utah is considering filing a lawsuit against the BCS.
- John Calipari is headed to Kentucky, where he will get a ridiculously big contract.
