I Love Being Wrong!

I’m completely stunned right now. Michigan fought from start to finish to pull off the upset, defeating Florida 41-35 to win the Capital One Bowl. I’ll have much, much more later, but until then, GO BLUE!

P.S. Thanks Chad Henne, Mike Hart, Jake Long, Mario Manningham, Adrian Arrington, all the seniors, and especially, Coach Carr. What a way to finish your coaching career!

This game will go down as an instant classic and be shown w/Mich winning on ESPN Classic.

What a great win for the program from so many perspectives.

I am choked up right now, thank you Blue for that gameplan and effort.
    Good luck in the future.
BTW, that sure looked like I was watching an NFL game today, gotta love that!!!!!

I’ve been reading your comments all year and have enjoyed/looked forward to seeing the new posts. Let me tell you… I grew up right outside Columbus, went to UM football camp during my high school years (met Bo & Lloyd – 86) and have been a diehard Wolverine since, now…. I live in Jacksonville and am married to a gator (who went to the game today). I, like most am very much looking forward to the mix of elements that might bring not only a new era but possibly more to the greatest program in college ball. Back to the Jax note… I live in sec country where I am constantly abused with sec opinions… simply said… Michigan 2&0 vs the gators!!! Way to go team, way to go Seniors!!

This game will go a long way in bringing this football program back into respectability. It will help with recruiting those prospects that are on the fense. This also shows that an open or spread offense can work well in A2.
Michigan has every reason to be optimistic with the new coach and after a reasonable time for adjustment, should expect a team that should challenge for a title.

My thanks to all of the coaches, players and staff that made this win possible.

HackAttack, he had 993 carries without a lost fumble and 1002 carries with only 2 fumbles at that point.

I just sat on the couch on that last kneel down. Speechless. Totally blown away by what I saw. Did everyone see the look on Tebow’s face as he left the field? That was the most priceless expression of bewilderment I have ever seen.

Go Blue! The RR era begins!

That was great. Finally, a happy ending for Michigan. In a way, the whole season was worth it just for this. This was possibly the best win that I have experienced in my 4-year old affair with Michigan football. If not the best, definitely one of the best. Way to send Lloyd off. Congratulations, Coach Carr!

Damn it great to be a Michigan Wolverine!!!!
