Zippo is the answer. Give us a break??..they have countless channels that draw far less?..not even close to the potential of The Big Ten. I say take them to court??the special franchise deals say nothing about the Cable Company running and controlling and profiting from "Comcast Owned Networks" and they don?t pay the cities, counties, etc. a dime more in fees?..perhaps our elected officials should take a second look as many others across the United States, who now aloud competing Cable operators in the same area.
